We love everything from the convenient location, excellent customer service, and the cleanliness of the hotel.

This place was great, other than the room. It was extremely outdated for the price. I understand it was under renovations, but for my first time to New York, I expected the room to be more clean. There was no fans in the bathroom, the walls were stained up, and the ceilings looked like they had never been cleaned. The staff, was amazing though, they went above and beyond.
