Staff was very friendly but the rooms were very dirty. Floors were goey as soon as you come in, room service doesn’t sweep and when we lowered the AC the roof would sweat staining our skin, clothes and the bed with a yellow liquid. Pool was nice and really convenient access to the beach

We had a great time, the location is perfect just a few minutes to the beaches, downtown Rincón- anywhere you wanted to go. Rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful.

Casa Verde was amazing for our short Feb surf getaway! We were celebrating my husband’s 30th and he just wanted to surf for a few days and having come 12 years ago himself, we returned together. Everything we needed was right there or within walking distance. The beach is at the bottom of the hill, like a few hundred feet away, coffee shop right around the corner. Can’t wait to come back next Feb already - this will be a new tradition. We also checked in late and they were so accommodating and simple. Rented surf boards no problem. Great staff.
