We had a wonderful 5 nights at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and beach. Breakfast was very good. The room, however, was quite dated. It could be improved with nicer, more modern decor and softer pillows.

I hardly ever write reviews but I really feel that all the staff of this hotel needs a shout out. They were the kindest and nicest and more than happy to help all the time. From the front desk to the (amazing) breakfast lady to the cleaning lady. Hotel has parking (and trust me you need it) and the balcony with a view was great too. Great location as well.

An overall nice stay but check out was not pleasant when the receptionist forced me to pay in my local currency instead of euros, making me pay extra that way. Even I insisted paying in euros.

At the heart of Rimini’s nightlife, hotel Polo is a modern outfitted hotel with great staff and well equipped rooms. WiFi allows for remote work with sustained bandwidth and connection. Breakfast buffet is exemplary for the cost.

Great location with parking and breakfast

Pros - Loved the location - perfect for the beach and restaurants, the parking was great and the breakfast was delicious. Cons - No tea or coffee facilities in the room, the room was a little dated and the bed was a little hard. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze for the toilet - too close to the shower.

From a convenience perspective, this was a great hotel. The beach and lidos were mere steps away and lots of dining options around. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I loved the fact it was available until 12noon. The reception staff was very friendly. The entrance wasn't easy to find, but it was nice to have free parking. The only drawback was the lack of power outlets in the room: there was only 1 outlet in the main sleeping area which isn't great when you're trying to plug your personal and medical devices overnight.
