We did not have very high expectations since this is 4 stars hotel. Most respects were satisfied. It would be more pleasurable if the staff at the front desk could have more smiles.

New hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality … So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Rigas Old Town. Upon our arrival, the very friendly reception staff member Reinis, ensured we received all the information on good places to visit and see.

Great location in old town Riga, lovely staff, and awesome breakfast buffet. We love this hotel and keep coming back. My one (tiny) complaint is the room was way too warm and we could not get it to lower!

Loved this hotel. Hotel is new and the room was very well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean well designed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located for a visit to the old town and also handy to walk to the centre of the city. Public transit and bus and train stations are within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionists were rude and unfriendly. The receptionist didn't say hello. When she returned my document, she didn't say anything. Also, when I checked out, another receptionist didn't say anything. The last time I stayed here, I got the same impression with the same receptionist.

5/10 - Non-Responsive to Service Issue The hotel facilities themselves were generally decent in terms of cleanliness, etc. Some of the staff were friendly and pleasant to guests, while others were at times dismissive or rude. The major issue we encountered arose with the room service. The hotel seems to often understaff their food services team, so that there is insufficient staff to deliver service in a timely fashion. We ordered room service dinner @ 8:45pm (restaurant closes 10pm), and were told it could take upto 90 mins because they were too busy. Despite our frustrations with that we agreed due to limited options. Our food ended up being delivered after more than 2 hours and was cold. When we expressed our disappointment the next day, we were told by a junior staff member that management said that it was our fault for ordering from the restaurant and they were unable to do anything aside from offer us a complimentary breakfast on our “next stay.” We asked for someone from management to contact us directly which they committed to do but never followed up. We were shocked at this management response and it marred an otherwise acceptable stay.
