The room was great, the location fantastic, and the service very good. The hotel and the location are very beautiful. You can easily walk to restaurants, sights, and shopping. A gorgeous Christmas market was just down the block.

Check in wasnt very welcoming but the hotel is beautiful, historic, and very comfortable. Perfect location too. Staff in the var were friendly. Food was excellent but I didnt have breakfast.

I only spent one night at the Grand Palace Hotel, but both the staff and the property were wonderful. The location is perfect, with easy access to the best spots in Riga. I’d highly recommend it and would love to return for a longer stay.

The hotel belongs to the “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” and stands out for its elegance and excellent service. Perfect location in the Old Town. Attentive, cordial and efficient staff. Special thanks to Jandza and Gints, they are exceptional. The room is pleasant, quiet, impeccable, with premium bed and bath linens, and amenities befitting a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is served in a quiet and pleasant environment, with a chef preparing hot dishes and impeccable service from the assistants.
