Very clean male staff where very friendly, female bar staff extremely rude and very aggressive towards customers and waiting staff at breakfast got cross if you asked for extra drinks etc as if you inconvenienced them don't think I eould stay here again due to not being welcomed by certain members of staff

Our hotel moved to the sisters hotel away from our family and friends. They eventually moved us back. It was inconvenient and caused us extra money. So unfair

We understood that it was not peak vacation time in Barbados, but the resort was empty. The resort did not conduct any activities they had listed for the pool or the beach. No music being played - very low key. Restaurant choices very limited and one night there was even same menu two nights in a row. Very limited buffets. LOVED the staff at the spa! Definitely visit. The room was beautiful - very spacious and the view was wonderful.
