Check is was very quick and the woman at the front desk was on top of her game. They had all of my info and credit card on file so I was given my room card in maybe 3 minutes. Lobby is very clean with 24/7 self serve coffee, a pool table, and other games that were free to use. My room was bright and clean, the mattress and bedding were great, and the bathroom was spotless. AC worked great, the TV was large with a functioning remote (A+). Even though the property is fairly close to I-95 I had a quiet, great nights sleep, and woke up to a very hot high pressure shower. I usually stay at another hotel in Ashland but the price at this hotel was less and that works for me. I think next time I'm headed to Richmond Raceway this hotel will be number 1 on my list. A big shout out to the staff for providing a great guest experience.

The room and shared spaces were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a pool table and shuffleboard table in the lobby that my kids and I enjoyed playing. We absolutely will stay there again when we are back in the area.

Great overnight! Super convenient location. The staff was welcoming and fresh coffee was available 24/7. Room felt new and comfortable, not noisy at all despite being right beside the highway. Good breakfast and an affordable rate.
