Room stinks, walls were stained brown. Restroom was dirty. Brown stain in the tub. Felt very suffocating in there with the dirty smell.

We chose the hotel because it had a 3-star Expedia rating. We were disappointed and would not give it more than 2 stars. Overall, the room was clean, and bed was clean and comfortable. However, it had stained curtains, and rail seemed to be Brocken. peeling paint in bathroom, some dents on the wall, rough patches, cracked, dirty bathroom door, no shampoo, cheap hand and body bar of soap and worn sink and bathtub.

This place is disgusting. How Expedia would even list this place is a mystery. Porcelain in the tub was gone in places, cracks in the sink, walls are super thin, wires hanging down in places, a small table with two folding chairs, it smelled bad. We left in complete disgust . It cost us money but we found a nice place nearby. We were there for our granddaughter’s graduation from Berkeley. We found your listing totally misleading.

Super Budget Motel

Not my first choice. It is a step down from a motel 6. They don't provide any shampoo and the hand soap dried my hands. If you want cheap place to sleep with no amenities then this is the place for you. Even the TV is small and not a big selection of stations to watch

The customer service of the front desk was exceptional. I was a little concern at first due to my last visit in san francisco but I can honestly say this Hotel is great for the price and the area was calm and looked safe didn't have any issues what so ever. Made me feel welcome definitely enjoyed my stay this time around!
