The property and the staff were great. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Particularly appreciated the 24-hour access to free coffee and tea. Over the last few weeks, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the Richmond area while attending training near the airport. Although hotel location is about 15-20 minutes away, it is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and much better than the options closer to the airport.

Kwame the front desk manager took care of us! He made sure we were happy with our room. There was a faint septic odor in our room when we arrived that did not disappeared even after we turned up the air so he switched us to different room and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic lots of fresh fruit.
