This place was very disgusting. The towels to bathe with were dirty, the mattress was filthy, the couch was stained, the lamps were ghetto. Absolutely terrible, worse stay ever! I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here.

It took almost an hour to get checked in because the front desk man had no idea what he was doing. He was also trying to double charge me and another customer who was in front of me. In addition to him being very disrespectful and asking if me and another customer wanted to stay somewhere else because we were all frustrated and very disgusted by his poor customer service. I’ve traveled to many hotels around the world and this was one of the worst experiences ever. HIGHLY don’t recommend coming here.

When I arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk to greet me. I waited about 10 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. The breakfast had nothing to offer, nor did it look appetizing. The only reason I was there was the price and the close proximity to my family.

Not only was the was who checked us in EXTREMELY RUDE, this place was disgusting. When we walked into the room it was saturated in cigarette smoke, so much so we couldn’t breathe. The towels were stained as well as the sheets. After 2 mins I forfeited the $85 I dropped on this place and went to the Holiday Inn Express next door. That place was nice, very friendly gentleman checked us in. Stay the hell away from this place.

Upgrade would make a stay better here.

Nice location. First I was put in a smoking room. I was changed to a non smoking room which was much better. Please make the entire sleeping rooms NON smoking. The smell throughout the property takes on the bad odor of smoking smoke. Update all bathroom please.

Hmm. Not sure if front desk was drunk or just did not care about his job but he was not all there. Bed was a flat board with half size beat up pillows. Was just there as a stop but woke up worse for wear.

I wish I could give a great review. The customer service I received needed great improvement. The entire third floor smelled of cigarette smoke. The room I stayed in needed an upgrade. There was broken dresser and telephone. Please stay at another hotel.
