My room had a leak in the shower I asked for help n the maintenance man couldn't fix it. The other employee said she would get me another room n she disappeared.

Well, one of the elevators were broke so he had to walk around to other side of the building to be able to get on the elevator. The lady that does the breakfast is just so rude .

Embarrassing. The hotel presents itself as beyond dirty. Not only does one of the elevators not work, (the elevator that does not work seems to be in disrepair for years) but the one that does work, the floor is disgusting and even some of the elevator lights don’t work. The bathtub is polished, slippery, but don’t worry, the fall handles are loose. The bolt lock on the door is misaligned so it won’t lock. I thought my car would be stolen. No - I would not stay here again or recommend anybody to stay here in the first place. By the way, when we were first given the key to our room, I opened up the door, and a family was in the room. But don’t worry, the same thing happened to the couple who came to the hotel just after us!
