Me and my siblings stay two nights and it was amazing. The room was clean, the lady who checked us in past 11 was sweet and even said goodbye the next morning when we were going out for the day. There was enough parking and we weren’t able to get breakfast the first morning of our stay, but we did get breakfast before we could check out and the staffs there too was nice. We will definitely be returning! My favorite was how quiet it was, I am BIG on silence and being able to sleep, walk in and out without a noisy environment was a big PLUS!!

The curtains in my room operated by remote or Bluetooth. Unfortunately, neither was connected or configured prior to my stay. I spent a good two hours trying to figure out how to lower the curtain, since the remote obviously wasn’t working. I called the front desk for assistance, and they didn’t even know what to do, let alone that the curtains had a remote control. In the end, the curtain remained as it was. Outside of that whole debacle, my stay was uneventful which is preferable for me. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and for a last minute booking it was really nice.

The place was great, except that there were blood stains on the edge of the mattress cover and on the closet door. The room was big, but humid even with the AC on. Staff was nice. Washer and dryer available. Breakfast was basic, the waffle maker was out of service. Breads, juice, scrambled eggs, thin bacon. Cereal, yogurt, etc. Would stay again because it's a great location and better than other places nearby for the price.

There was room for much improvement. Our room wasn't cleaned until the last day there. The bathroom doorknob and toilet paper holder were both broken and there was no towel rack to hang towels after showering. The elevator inspection was expired OVER A YEAR ago, 15 months to be exact. There was also a strange smell in the hallways and in the room when the AC was running. With that said, it was overall pretty clean and not rundown. 3 stars because it wasn't a total disaster, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Location is great if you are going to Fort Lee. We only received a good breakfast the first day, second day manager said they had "electrical issues". I guess they never fixed that "issue". TV did not work from day one; we let staff know every day but no response until the last day. Staff was very nice except for the manager, Very Rude!
