The beds were comfortable. The full size refrigerator was very nice. It needed another chair to sit on. There was only 1 bar of soap so we had to buy something for the shower. Also has to but dish washing soap to clean the dishes that were provided. The dishes were a nice touch but if you plan on using the cooking area you have to bring your own pot/pan/utensils. It would be nice to know ahead of time. Also, though it says they provide a hair dryer, you have to ask for one at the front desk. The staff is very friendly.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. The clerk told me that this issue was a common one, so please fix that. My biggest complaint is the noise level. Obviously, the insulation between the rooms is lacking because I could hear my neighbors' children crying. Fortunately, by night, it was quieter.

Spacious room. Card secured guest area. Great coffee machine in lobby. Even had lattes. Would have been better if 24 hour access instead of only morning. Trash and lots of dog poop around the ground on the outside. Inside was nice and clean. No breakfast but price was better than most motels in the area. Dog fee was only $10 a day. Employees friendly
