Schlechtes Hotel in industrieller Umgebung

Wir mussten das Frühstück zusätzlich zahlen obwohl es in der Reservierung enthalten war. Der Zustand des Hotels ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Umgebung ist durch Indusrieanlagen dominiert. Der Hafen hat einige nette Restaurants. Das Frühstück war teils nicht genießbar. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort buchen.

This is a hotel of remarkable quality and spotlessly clean, and central to everything in Richards Bay. The quality is exceptional- I travel for business in the USA and UK all the time, and this hotel was so special. Perfect because it has everything. What makes it so unique is the manager Rieth, who has created an artistic ambience/style here, which puts 5-star hotels to shame, and she gives you personal help and service that makes you feel so welcome, with lots of advice about the local area. This made it the perfect base, since we were armed with all this knowledge, and the comfort of knowing all is 100% safe within the secured grounds. . serservice
