Simply amazing! From the property itself to the staff.. especially Michaela!!!! I have to disclose that one of the photos on the site is misleading— the one that shows the hotel immediately by the beach…. It is not on the beach. To access the beach there is a free shuttle which takes about 5 min.

Booked a room on Expedia based on the photos. We were really looking forward to spending time at this resort. Instead when we arrived we found that the room type we booked didn’t match the photos. The photos were of a superior room. Gabriella at reception was very helpful and apologetic and explained that the photos on Expedia were wrong. There was a blame game between Expedia and the Hotel. The hotel insisted that Expedia uploaded the photos. Expedia assured me it was the hotels fault. Ultimately the owner himself showed up very arrogantly and in front of Gabriella and my wife admitted that he uploaded the photos and that he is proud of the 20+ year old photos and that he can’t be expected to upload 50+ photos. Expedia was wonderful and relocated us to another property at the Eden where we were beachfront and had amazing meals and service. Unfortunately Luzia took our payment for the city tax and for the pre-paid Calabria themed dinner the first night of 30€ per person. When Expedia relocated us, they claimed they couldn’t perform the refund but promised the manager would perform the refund via the Nexi backend the very next day. It has been 4 days and no refund and my messages have gone unanswered. I can not in good faith recommend this property. It is old, smells of humidity and the rooms are not at all equivalent to their old photos. Thank goodness for Expedia who made this right for us.

Michela the bartender/ waitress / is an incredible asset , amazing person and a new friend for us ❤️. Food was great ,Domenic was amazing. The ladies at reception were friendly and super accommodating. We travelled from far and had a late check in and it was smooth . We had an early check out this morning as we are visiting family all over Italy and agin they were very accommodating.

Das Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, doch leider wusste das Hotel nichts davon und wollte uns ein " normales" Zimmer geben. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit und eine "Cola" aufs Haus, war doch ein Zimmer frei. Leider fanden wir die Cola beim Check out auf der Rechnung und mussten 20 min der Dame erklären, dass es eigentlich eine Einladung war. Frühstück war ok, allerdings bringen Hotelgäste ihr Brot mit, da es nur bis 8 Uhr "Vollkorn-Toast" gibt. Was auch das einzige Brot ist. ( 4 Sterne und Gäste müssen Brot selber mitbringen? Und der Stand ist keine 3 Gehminuten entfernt, sondern mit einem Shuttle ( 10min) zu erreichen. Check out war nicht wie gebucht um 12 sondern um 10 Uhr.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per una notte con i miei figli di 9 e 11 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto bella, nuova e moderna, curata nei dettagli. La piscina è davvero piacevole, dotata di tutti i comfort, con bar e comode sdraio per rilassarsi. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante con formula a buffet: una scelta ottima con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole, i bambini hanno mangiato con gusto e si sono divertiti molto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura anche per soggiorni più lunghi: il luogo è interessante, tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi

Struttura nel complesso molto curata e pulita all'esterno,premetto che io avevo solo la colazione inclusa. Personale gentile ,sorridente ,preparato. Tuttavia ,saró stato sfortunato io,la camera era davvero da albergo a due stelle sulla statale. Armadi e comodini vecchi ,il letto non era matrimoniale ,ma erano due lettini uniti con le molle degli anni 70 ,scomodissimi. Il frigorifero in camera faceva un rumore pazzesco da non far dormire la notte ed il condizionatore in camera funzionava quando gli andava. Mi aspettavo molto di piú da una struttura come questa. Colazione abbondante ma niente di che ,ogni mattina sempre le stesse cose e certamente non prodotti di prima qualitá. In piscina i bambini maleducati facevano quello che volevano (vi lascio immaginare )senza che nessuno della struttura redarguisse loro ed i genitori. Non sono riuscito a fare un bagno in santa pace .Adatto ad un turismo di massa ,non certo di qualitá,ma daltronde la zona di Tropea,Capo Vaticano questo é.

La résidence est charmante, une magnifique piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes calabraises. Le personnel est très sympathique, cependant les chambres manquent de rangements notamment dans la salle de bain pour les cosmétiques,il manques en quantité des équipements tél que couteaux, fourchettes... et niveau espace pour les vêtements à 2 pour 11 jours c’est juste.
