I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place .

De inicio o Vallet do estacionamento é péssimo (...) você já desiste na entrada do hotel. Cama de casal é cama de casal e não duas camas de solteiro coladas. Não existe atendimento para o bar da piscina, que por sinal a borda esta bem remendada e suja. Se você estiver disposto a pagar 25,00 numa long neck no auto atendimento - vai ser uma ótima opção para sua estadia. O restante é normal que pelo valor qualquer hotel da categoria atende.

Fiquei no 7° andar, quarto com adaptações para cadeirante, porém o ar-condicionado faz um barulho intermitente, além de um barulho de um regolio de parede. A noite não foi boa apesar do quarto e da cama boa. O café tem bastante opções, mas as proteínas são apenas salcinha e ovo, linguiça calabresa. Poucas opções de alimentos mais saudáveis.
