Antigo, mas ainda válido.

Claramente o Hotel passa por processo de deteriorização pelo passar do tempo. Reformou algumas areas, mas ainda faltam outras. Porém, a receptivodade dos funcionários e o café da manhã, superam as possíveis adversidades. Foi uma grata surpresa.

Minha prioridade ao reservar um hotel, é sempre a qualidade do café da manhã, e este hotel ultrapassou minhas expectativas. Fui surpreendido positivamente pela excelência do que foi oferecido. Todas as opções eram extremamente saborosas, com aquele gostinho autentico e aconchegante 'de vó'. E para completar a experiência, desfrutamos de tudo isso ao som de um belíssimo saxofone, que tornava o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor e elegante. Um café da manhã que realmente se destacou e fez toda a diferença na minha experiência.

O hotel fica no centro da cidade então fica fácil a locomoção pela cidade porém o hotel é antigo e precisa de melhorias/reformas como um todo. A cama do quarto é em mola e se uma pessoa do casal se mexer durante a noite a outra pessoa acorda. Os travesseiros também são ruins, apenas 2 no quarto. O café da manhã tem opções variadas mas não havia nenhuma opção para intolerantes a lactose e sem glúten, mas se a pessoa não tem nenhum desses problemas estará bem atendido. Na recepção todos foram muitos solicitos.

O atendimento iniciou bem, o hotel necessita de uma reforma e o colchão do quarto era velho é ruim reclamei e fui trocada de quarto. Porém ao regressar deixei um anel da Vivara e liguei para o hotel comunicando era domingo, solicitaram que eu ligasse na segunda, liguei e a pessoa que era responsável pelo achados e perdidos não estava no momento e não perderiam responder então pediram para eu retornar mais tarde e retornei no dia seguinte a pessoa informou que iria verificar e está completando 3meses sem retorno algum.
