Gostei muito da estadia, o quarto muito bom, tudo limpo organizado, a piscina também estava boa, porém poderia aquecer melhor a água, com aquecimento solar disponível a água estava apenas tirado o gelo podemos dizer assim, mas deu para aproveitar, acredito que no outono inverno fica mais difícil. Outra coisa que não gostei é que nas áreas comuns mesmo tendo lei para não fumar, não tem placas sinalizando e a oferta de "cinzeiros" em toda a área comum e um convite para pessoas sem educação. Estava na beira ba piscina tenho rinite alérgica veio um "senhor" sentar bem do meu lado fumar, com um espaço gigante bem longe a pessoa vir fumar perto da gente é sacanagem! Bom tirando isso que devem melhor, colocando placas nas áreas comuns a experiência foi muito boa. Voltarei em um próxima oportunidade.

Sou antiga usuaria e notei mudança no cafe da manhã. Poucas opçoes de tipos de paes, principalmente aqueles com fermentaçao natural e de opçoes de graos. Mas continua com muita opçao doce. Serviço e atendimento impecável. Notei tbm ausencia de manutençao do imovel como madeiras sem verniz, teto do banheiro descascado, registro dos banheiros soltos, falta de alerta para nao acessar registro de entrada da agua ) que devera tbm ser vistoriado a cada saida de hospede, e limpeza das escadas pois ao chegar na sexta notei muito excrementos de pombos na escada /corredor embaixo da caixa do ar condicionado entre apto 6 e 5 permanecendo ate dia 16 sem limpeza. Esse corredor e que da acesso a recepçao mas tbm acesso a escada da piscina.
