Gostaria de registrar a educação e gentileza de todos os funcionårios com quem tivemos contato no hotel. E, principalmente, a forma como o restaurante conduziu a alta ocupação no café da manhã do dia 21/12. Extremamente organizados, gentis e preocupados. Assim que o restaurante ocupou todas as mesas, eles rapidamente jå organizaram uma fila de espera, providenciaram taças de champanhe para os que estavam aguardando, a responsåvel e o chef nos conduziam à mesa, muito solícitos, nos deixando a vontade, tranquilizando que se algum item estivesse acabando, eles jå estavam preparando a reposição (assim como realmente foi feito). Todos muito competentes e com um atendimento excepcional.
