Excelente custo beneficio, apesar de o prédio ser bem antigo, tudo muito limpo e arrumado. O quarto precisa de um pouquinho mais de manutenção, colchão pode melhorar, mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia por ser apenas 1 noite. Café da manhã ótimo e funcionarios muito educados. Bem pertinho do Pinguim para ir a pé.

Hotel e bom pelo preço que foi pago limpo apenas com muito morador de rua na porta, e bem ruim de estacionar. Ponto negativo e que não tem estacionamento e o que tem e pago 2 quadras do hotel. Restante ok apenas o café que estava morno o tempo todo café e bom mais quente ainda mais nesse frio.

A estadia foi tranquila, sem nenhum problema maior. O chuveiro estava frio e entrei em contato algumas vezes com a recepção e não percebi mudanças. Conforto da cama e travesseiros são apenas OK.

Local bem localizado

Local bem localizado, funcionários são excelentes, muito simpáticos e atenciosos, porém muito barulho de veículos e pessoas passando na rua (mesmo estando no 8º andar), pessoa gosta de utilizar luzes com cores quentes, aparenta ser acolhedor, porém fica muito escuro, igual alguns Pub's ingleses, minha região utiliza mais cores frias, dá para ver melhor o local, não fica escuro, também fazia muito frio, cobertores não esquentavam o suficiente (estava 4º no último dia de hospedagem), tinha opção de aquecimento no controle do controle do condicionador de ar, porém talvez não tivesse a opção, pois não funcionava.

Ja no check in não encontravam minha reserva,e ao encontrar queriam exigir a certidão de nascimento do meu filho de nove anos ,sendo que apresentei o RG dele e o atendente dizia que não era suficiente.. Os quartos são simples e velhos.
