Me surpreendi com o hotel, pois tinha em minha mente alguns boy mercure q já frequentei, mas esse foi maravilhoso! Recepcionistas muitíssimo educados e carismáticos! Se importam com o que vc fala. Atendem na hora. Eu ficaria sempre e indico esse hotel pra todos! Parabéns!

estadia otima, roupa de cama e toalhas muito bons. Quarto limpo. Produtos de Higiene otimos, sabonete e shampoos de qualidade otima. Cafe da manha ok, com tdo que precisa, paes, frutas, iogurtes e bolos. Maquina de capuccino e maquina de cafe tradicional. Sucos naturais, leite e cereais.

O hotel em si é bonito, porém não vale o preço pago. Não tem nada além do quarto. No café da manhã, solicitei reposição de ovos mexidos e não fizeram, quando eu estava saindo a cozinheira veio me perguntar se ainda queria, comentei que já tinha terminado, ficou brava e disse que ela era responsável e que estava em horário de almoço, isso deveria ser próximo das 10h d manhã, veja se posso com isso! Quem que é responsável por um café da manhã que sai no meio do serviço e não tem outra para trabalhar dentro do horário que é servido o café da manhã, não compreendo. Poucas opções no café da manhã, resumindo, fraco demais! Tirando o tratamento que recebi por ela, no restante tudo ok.

Muita burocracia inútil e desnecessária

Hotel muito bom. Entretanto o processo de checkin é muito demorado e burocrático. O hotel já tem todos os dados do cliente na reserva e mesmo assim tem que preencher uma montanha de dados. Incompatível com o avanço da informática. Deveríamos ao chegar receber as chaves e uma mensagem de boas vindas, estamos felizes de tê-lo como hóspede novamente!

Hotel excelente, café da manhã muito bom, infelizmente tivemos uma má impressão quando cheguei para o checkin, fomos extremamente mal atendidos, estava com criança dormindo no carro, fiz 3 viagens sozinho de malas, pois minha esposa estava com meu filho, não foi oferecido nenhuma ajuda, nenhum carrinho, pelo contrário, estavam me pedindo mil e uma informações na qual já havia dado. Por muito pouco não fui embora, o restante foi tudo muito bom, apenas ficou essa má impressão da chegada.
