Café da manhã completo, limpeza excelente, localização ótima. O prédio é bem reforçado, quase não se houve barulhos exteriores. Não ouvi barulho algum de hóspedes vizinhos. Ar condicionado e chuveiro em bom estado. TV a cabo, tomadas.

Não me devolveram pertences esquecidos no quarto

Esqueci um carregador no quarto do hotel e voltei no mesmo dia para pegar, mas alegaram não ter encontrado durante a limpeza. O carregador estava na parede e seria facilmente visto durante a limpeza. Cuidado ao esquecer qq coisa, pois será perdido.

Estadia - Canadá

A estadia foi Ok.os funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, porém, o serviço de quarto acabou "esquecendo" de limpar nosso quarto e trocar cama e banho. Quando questionei, só haveria como limpar no outro dia. O ramal estava sem funcionar, notamos muitas formigas no balcão e a maçaneta da porta para fora estava quebrada, só abria na chave. O café da manhã foi bem gostoso, com opções Ok e horário ótimo. A localização é muito boa e prática.
