Had a friendly welcome and was a quiet area but felt the owners had neglected a number of things. Our booked room was different to what we were given. The maintenance was lacking, we had issues opening our room door and rear courtyard door to our car. Broken wall tile jutting out of wall in bathroom. We spent all night being attacked by mosquitoes. We’re going to pay for breakfast but at 9am there was still no one around, went to front door it was still locked, disappointed

La casona es bonita, pero nuestra habitación olía mucho a humedad, eso nos impidió dormir bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación, nos dieron otra diferente a la reservada inicialmente , fue una pena porque ya no pudieron cambiarla y es un detalle a mejorar. El desayuno muy bueno, es una delicia desayunar con esa tranquilidad en un entorno tan bonito. Por otro lado el personal fue amable.

Polvo en la habitación y pelos en el baño. Todo muy gastado. He abierto una cortina y se me ha caído, v encima toda la estructura. Deben ventilar bien la habitación porque el olor a humedad te irrita la garganta. La ropa ha amanecido húmeda. La Tv es antigua y sin TDT HD, por lo que no se ve.

Recepcion es un desastre. Para que vengan debo llalar por telefono. Para pagar ha dido una odisea. La habitaci8n no tenia TV ( le faltaba la antena). Un desastre La mujer eso si, muy amable.

La entra y salida fue un poco autónoma no había nadie permanente en el recibidor. Pero cuando nos oyeron llegar nos atendieron muy amablemente y rápido nos entregaron la habitación. La habitación cómoda y limpia, algo de frío al llegar pero se solucionó con la calefacción y las mantas que tenía la habitación. Cerca de Santander y pueblos en coche y bien comunicado. El bar-restaurante de la posada estaba bien comimos allí al llegar y también ofrece desayunos. En definitiva, una opción buena cerca de somo y santander si tienes pensado moverte en coche.

Struttura bella con tanto potenziale, peccato che la nostra stanza n°9 fosse : 1 piccola con odore di muffa 2 con armadio inutilizzabile perche odorava di muffa 3 finestra inapribile perchè una ortensia di 2mt( per altro molto bella ) ci impediva un ricambio di aria per odore di umido e presenza di insetti 4 letti con lenzuola e materassi umidi con odore di muffa. 5 nessun appoggio per valige o trolley. Abbiamo dormito la prima notte togliendo le lenzuola e mettendo i nostri asciugami da mare sopra il letto , la mattina seguente abbiamo chiesto il cambio della camera ,la signora ci ha detto che avrebbe messo un deumidificatore per migliorare la situazione, il risultato è stato, nessun deumidificatore, profumo per ambienti un ventilatore( per altro era già presente in camera) che avevamo già utilizzato di notte , e senza lenzuola nuove sui letti , morale pessimo soggiorno. Di positivo il ristorante presente in struttura dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene la prima sera con cameriera di origine ucraina molto gentile e disponibile. Faccio presente che le critiche sono rivolte esclusivamente alla nostra camera delle altre non posso esprimere giudizi , prezzo alto per i servizi ottenuti .
