Nice caravan but hidden costs

Really nice caravan with a good layout, next to the beach. Advert did not make it clear we would have to purchase entertainment passes- £44 for a family for 2 nights, very expensive for what it is.

Misled by advertiser but great Golden Sands staff

On arrival we were told we no booking. Further investigation (taking 2 hours) found that it was a private rental, not Golden Sands themselves. The privateer had a double booking and if we wanted it we would have to pay an additional admin fee. Golden Sands charge each adult and each child over 5. Golden Sands (who do not advertise on Hotels.com) also offer same accomodation for less than the privateer + it includes admin fee. Overall, the privateer misled us, the advert was innacurate, place needing cleaning by us, but the Golden Sands staff were really kind and helpful.
