“I have mixed feelings about this place. I booked our room according to the photos shown on Expedia but when we arrived we have got a completely different kind of room. Next morning i have asked if any chance to give a room i have seen on the booking platform and they have granted us a better room but the bed was so old and it was so loud with every turn or little movement. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram!
