I came in the first customer service agent was not that helpful. The second took me to the desk was very helpful. Help me check in and get my keys in a rapid manner.

room is very spacious, bathrooms were very roomy and well equipped, the only thing i didn't like was the safe was broken and i had to call maintenence whom repaired the the safe, the fridge was too tiny to store anything except for a few bottles of water, my biggest complaint of this large suite was the beds were so soft i could feel the bottom of the frame and the pillows were too mushy making sleeping an adventure, i also want to point out the casino has no american restaurant for breakfast, all they have is an eggslut and a bunch of fast food places my overall rating of the rio hotel and casino is a 7.1

The whole check-in process was so easy and what explained. The woman that helped us with above and beyond. The hotel is central to so much on the strip, our room was clean and the bedding, mattress, pillows, etc. were so comfortable! Also great products in the bathroom for the shower and a really pretty shower. We loved our stay.
