Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Our basic room was ...well, basic, and so was our breakfast. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located and finding parking was not too difficult.

All the staff that worked during the day and night at the reception desk were all very professional, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend staying at the Santa Maria City Hotel on the Island of Rhodes. All the staff on the reception team were all very professional, attentive and friendly. The staff that were working during the breakfast service were all very professional, friendly, attentive and very fast to replenish all items. I definitely will stay here at this hotel in the near future'. The hotel is centrally located to everything also. Lastly you won’t be disappointed.

Great location-walking distance from the beach, the bus stop, the restaurants and the old town. Very nice and professional staff. Although the hotel is centrally located it is very quiet, so you get a good rest at night. I recommend staying in this hotel.

Great location and breakfast was certainly an added bonus.The staff are what makebthis place as they are helpful beyond belief. I did have some issues with airconditioning as unit struggled to keep room cool. The rooms have nice balcony to sit on as well. This is a 20 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to casion and beach

From the first minute in the hotel it was.very comforting. The reception was brilliant. Very knowledgable and helpful. Location was ideal to tour the whole of the town. Breakfast was very comfortable. All around great hotel.

Lovely hotel, good value.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to another Island. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was also big with a great shower. Unfortunately our balcony ( room 401) was only half the size of all the other rooms. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good.

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The hotel was great! Our room was nice and clean, the towels were changed every second day and sheets every third. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff is so warm and welcoming, it felt great staying there. The hotel is in a nice street that is situated close to everything you may need, there is a supermarket right outside and the beach is five minutos away. We loved staying there, and would come back again!
