Room was amazing. The staff were so helpful and happy. The pools are great and the amenities on site are great. The al inclusive was fantastic. The buffet was great. The evening entertainment was enjoyable but very much catered towards a British crowd. The dress code for lunch was relaxed and it is nice if that it is followed by guests. Overall a great experience.

A truly great experience. The staff was very supportive and pleasant. The breakfast could’ve been more Greek focused but I understand that they’re catering to the British and German tourists. Overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Ground suite and pool access. The spa services were excellent and they had a great selection of soothing options.

Gorgeous hotel, stayed in the suites and the rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food and drink in the hotel was decision and plenty of sunbeds. Easy walking distance to Illaysos for more restaurant options and the hotel organises easy taxi’s to the old town. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again

The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained.

This is a lovely hotel with everything you need to chill for a few days. The food in the all inclusive is nice without being wow and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Downsides are that the pool is very cold, the hote is quite remote so it is a cab to get anywhere worth visiting and being a gym bunny I thought the gym was very basic.
