For a 5 star hotel I had to complain about our room which was very basic, lacked natural light and not at all modern like the pictures online. It turned out they 'upgraded' us as a family of 4! The pool is very nice, very clean hotel but mini golf, padel, the games rooms are all at additional cost. The beach is not linked to the hotel therr is s budy rpsd between and very pebbly but amzing sunset viees.

We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children to get all their energy out before bed. The rooms are a good size and our sea view room did not disappoint. Overall the hotel was a wonderful choice for us with plenty to do. The only thing we weren't too keen on was how the wifi worked. We were told that the tv must be on for it to work. It was pretty slow so we weren't fans of that.

A lovely resort in Ixia

A very nice family friendly hotel. Communal areas are clean and well maintained, and a pleasant atmosphere without being loud. Generally found the food to be of a very good standard with nice variety throughout our stay.

This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool Everyone was very nice & spoke english. The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

Staf is very cooperative and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Sea view stunning! However dont take the all inclusive option because the food was not tasty! Better to eat outside. Location is excellent. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you need a car you can hire from the hotel! Cars are new and comfi and even cheaper than outside.

Bit of a stretch to describe the hotel as 5 star, nice facilities and excellent friendly staff. But the restaurants were very poor in my opinion. It seems to cater more to all inclusive customers, which we were not. We had breakfast each morning which was fine, but nothing special. However, we tried 2 other restaurants and the food was poor. For example in their al a carte restaurant I chose fish taco as a starter, which consisted of a frozen fish finger with coleslaw. Really not acceptable.

Very good hotel, good location, good breakfast, but needs a small renovation, especially rooms and elevators. Windy side of the island, pool water cold until afternoon, beach is noce but high waves and impossible to get in the water.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall.

I’m of but we’ll maintained hotel. Clean and pretty. A private beach was a nice addition. Only complaint is that there was a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I had to change rooms at 10 pm but not a single apology was offered.
