When we arrive, receptionist charged us 5 Euro city tax insted of 2 Euro which was written on the reservation. Additionally, administrator wanted to charge extra fees for the child, and after discussion and scrutinizing our reservation the fees was cancelled.Toilet button dropped off once being pressed. All towels degraded. Notebook charger stolen by the room service, when we checked out.

As a female lone traveller i tried to contact Lido Star, Plus Hotels and Expedia regarding the appauling recent trip advisor reviews of this hotel. Make sure you check dates of reviews in 2020 it seemed fine. In 2024 people are sent to other hotels, there were pics of blood on the sheets etc. As i was arriving in the dark , called and emailed for reassurance - no response. What would you do as i had already paid. Nobody cares, not Expedia, not the Lido Star, not Plus Hotels the parent company. I wasted my free ( hotels.com night ) on a stay i didnt have. AVOID i also consider my first booking with Expedia to be 0/10

Trevligt hotell vid den lilla hamnen i Faleraki , vÄrt rum mot havet hade fantastisk utsikt över havet och den lilla hamnen . Frukosten var helt ok Kan rekommendera hotellet för ett par .

Ottima posizione vicino al porticciolo e al centro di Faliraki dove ci sono locali molto carini e discoteche . Appena fuori l' hotel c'Ăš un negozietto molto fornito che vende dall' alimentare a cose per il mare. L' albergo Ăš carino e la colazione abbastanza varia servita sulla terrazza con vista mare, e questo Ăš sicuramente il punto di forza. La sera si puĂČ cenare sempre lĂŹ, ristorante molto elegante , a mio parare un po' caro , ma di qualitĂ  e personale molto cordiale e competente . Anche sullo staff dell' albergo nulla da dire , unico neo la pulizia delle camere inesistente. Praticamente ti rifanno solo il letto senza pulire la stanza. Un peccato perchĂ© le camere sono carine e moderne. La posizione Ăš strategica perchĂ© si Ăš vicini all' areoporto, mezz'ora da Rodi vecchia e non lontano dalle spiaggie piĂč belle di Rodi. Nel complesso lo consiglierei ma richiedendo ogni giorno una pulizia accurata della stanza.

O atendimento foi terrĂ­vel no checkin, nĂŁo pediu meu passaporte, sĂł falava “9 euros, taxa de turismo “, a chave era terrĂ­vel, sĂł deu uma e tinha que deixar na recepção quando saĂ­a, achei que era para a arrumação, quando cheguei no domingo o quarto nĂŁo estava arrumado, fui perguntar e fui informado que nĂŁo havia arrumação no domingo, nunca tinha visto isso, a localização Ă© excelente e tem uma bela varanda nos quartos do primeiro piso, o bar no tĂ©rreo tambĂ©m Ă© muito agradĂĄvel

Bra Hotel rett ved strandkanten. Alt var rent , seng var bra,baderom var liten men ok. Flere restauranter like ved med bra mat. Frokost pĂ„ Hotel var ok og mat i deres restaurant var god. Service var alltid bra med ett smil . Vi har tenkt og reise tilbake 👍

A gem of an hotel on a beautiful beach.

This is a real gem of a hotel. We stayed two weeks and had a fantastic time. The hotel is right on a lovely gentle beach with beautiful views across to Turkey. The hotel is comfortable and small . The lady at reception is a lovely person willing to go out of her way to help you. The cleaning ladies who work extremely hard keep the rooms spotless. The highlight of the hotel for me was the Taverna restaurant on the beach connected to the hotel. Michael and his staff produced some wonderful Meals and treated us extremely well. You can rent sun beds and umbrellas in front of the hotel and the beach crew are lovely friendly people. A fantastic holiday in a fantastic location with lovely friendly people . We will be returning in October.

The hotel is located at the beach, it has its own sunbeds. The restaurant and the bar are located at the beach. The view is beautiful from there. The room is ok, the air condition was a bit loud but could be fixed with a few napkins. Our room was on the first floor on the right side, the view was not that good from there because of the trees. The balcony was too big for two-person, almost the same size as the whole room. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty and a lot, and a bit changed after every 2nd day.

The hotel was very modern and we had a great sea view from our balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful and always had a smile on their face. The hotel has excellent food and the location is right on the beach. The only problem was that the mattress was very had and therefore we had a bad sleep every night.

Mala experiencia con la habitaciĂłn

El hotel estå cerca de la playa, el personal muy agradable. Pero la habitación y el desayuno fatal. El baño era muy viejo, el retrete sucio y viejo, la ducha no tenía cortina y era pequeña, cada vez que me daba una ducha todo el baño mojado, el colchón era muy incómodo, de mala calidad. El desayuno no tenía casi nada.

Family business, Hotel on a fantastic bay with a wanderful taverna on the ground floor in front of the sea. Great chef and great food. What more can one desire for a relaxing time. There is a little port near by ( 100 meters) with boat trips to different locations, fishing trips, ferry to Rhodes.....

Överlag sĂ„ kan vi bara sĂ€ga man fĂ„r det man betalar för. LĂ€get va perfekt lĂ€ngst Söder ut pĂ„ Faliraki beach. GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till allt men endĂ„ sĂ„ pass avskilt att man inte blev störd av turistströmmar och uteliv. Servicen va riktigt dĂ„lig. Personal som verkligen visade att dom var trött pĂ„ turister, ingen information pĂ„ rummet angĂ„ende nummer till reception eller roomservice. Bad man om hjĂ€lp i receptionen fick man svĂ€vande svar. Frukosten var okej, trĂ„kigt bara att det var noll variation frĂ„n dag till dag. StĂ€dningen riktigt dĂ„lig. Dom stora öppna ytorna var rena. Men kollade man bakom dörrar osv sĂ„ lĂ„g det gamla papper, damm och sand överallt. Sen fanns det en del som man störde sig pĂ„. ObekvĂ€ma sĂ€ngar och kuddar. Ingen tvĂ„l eller schampo i duscharna. Medioker mat förhĂ„llande till priset. Men samtidigt, baren var bra. En liten butik lĂ„g mittemot med bra priser och öppettider. LĂ€get och att det ligger pĂ„ stranden var perfekt. Överlag sĂ„ ser hotellet vĂ€ldigt fint ut Men finns en del smĂ„saker att förbĂ€ttra som direkt skulle göra hela vistelsen mycket mycket bĂ€ttre! Har man en begrĂ€nsad budget rekommenderar vi hotellet. Men har du rĂ„d med nĂ„got annat sĂ„ Ă€r vi alla 4 inblandade eniga om att vĂ€lj nĂ„nting annat!
