We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a stunning view, a great location, and a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, and the Greek yogurt was the best we’ve ever had! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Disappointing overall. The staff were completely uninterested in guests. Nobody ever asked if everything was okay, and even at check-out it was simply “okay, bye”. English wasn’t really the problem; it just felt like a complete lack of effort and hospitality. Our renovated room was fine, but much of the rest of the hotel looks very dated and poorly maintained. Breakfast was particularly bad. Despite being advertised as continental, more than half the mornings there was nothing hot. When there was, it was usually extremely salty, unpleasant eggs. The choice was incredibly basic and repetitive: boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, one fruit, yoghurt, one jam, cheese, ham, bread and a few sweet items. Even the milk was just long-life cow’s milk, with no alternatives. The renovated room was probably the only positive. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering how much genuine hospitality and good food Rhodes has to offer. The pool is decent.

At arrival, no one explained how the room's electricity worked. The power only stays on when your key card is inserted into a slot. While I understand the energy-saving concept, it became inconvenient since two people can't use the room independently—if one person leaves with the key, the other is left without electricity or AC. The AC would shut off automatically when the key wasn’t in the slot so every time we returned to the room, it was extremely hot and humid. The bathroom layout was also poorly designed. The shower is directly beside the toilet with no curtain or separation between them, so every shower leaves the toilet and the entire bathroom floor soaked. The bedding also wasn't very hygienic. The sheet constantly slid off the mattress, leaving the mattress exposed, which wasn't pleasant or sanitary. Wi-Fi and cellular service in the room were also unreliable. We had to step outside our room to get enough signal to use our phones. The highlight of our stay was the hotel located next door, Palms Concept, which had excellent food, coffee, and cocktails. The staff were wonderful and it was enjoyable going by to have a drink at night and talk with the staff. Ano Kampos also features the beautiful infinity pool shown in many of the promotional photos. Although it isn't actually Ano Kampos pool, it is Palm concepts pool, and we were fortunate enough to be allowed to use it during our stay. For the price they charge it was decent and good.

The hotel is set on a hillside about a 25 min walk to Faliraki. The rooms are basic and clean. The owners are friendly. The breakfast is continental - ham, cheese, bread, cereals, fruit and cake. We enjoyed it. The hotel shares a pool with the Palm Concept hotel next door. This pool is absolutely stunning. For a budget friendly break I would absolutely recommend

This was a lovely hotel. Nice pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Enough food choice at night with good prices. Very close to lodika beach and Anthony Quinn bays. 5 mins in car with free parking but does get pretty full. Or a 30 min walk. Also close to faliraki for the night life.

1. The room was really basic. 2. The bed had no legs, just two mattresses on top of each other. As a blanket, was just a sheet. The bedclothes were not changed, the cleaners only made the bed. 3. The room hasn't any interior decoration. There is a lot of empty space in the room. 4. In the shower, you had to hold the shower head yourself. There were no hygiene items. The shower curtain came over the toilet, they were in the same corner. There were not enough towels. 5. The hotel was on top of a mountain. Poor transport connections. It was easiest to get there by walking, but in a hot climate it is very painful to walk back and forth for long distances. 6. The swimming pool was clean, the water cool. There was a spider in the small pool, which the staff did not remove. So you couldn't use the pool. 7. The breakfast was really bad. The time 7:30-10:30 breakfast schedule and the products ran out right around 9. No fruit, coffee ran out, no more water was brought, no berries, no different breads, no vegetable selection. 8. The restaurant was not good even for dinner. The products were out of stock. The 5 euro bread contained feta, tomato and oil. The bread was a hamburger bun. NOT GOOD! 9. The staff spoke bad English. They didn't know the taxi prices correctly and the amounts came as a surprise when we got to the destination.

Dans l ensemble, pour le prix , c est satisfaisant .. Car heureusement quil y a une partie rénovée avec une très belle vue et une très belle piscine . Par contre, durant tout le séjour, odeurs très désagréables dans la salle de bain , un moustiquaire (troué) qui laisse rentrer tous les insectes..,un frigo minuscule ( 4 petites bouteilles d'eau maximum ) pour le petit déjeuner, ils devraient varier ( plus de fruits , et mettre du lait frais )

Sehr netter Empfang. Ich hatte ein Standard Zimmer. Etwas älter, aber sauber und alles da was man benötigt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war herrlich und der Pool vom Hotel nebenan darf benützt werden. Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Faliraki. Auto empfehlenswert. Komme gerne wieder.

Fantastisk pool-område med infinity-pool og udsigt over landskabet. Fin mad og service fra baren ved poolen. Superhyggeligt med påfugle der vandrede rundt ved poolen. Morgenmaden er absolut ikke værd at skrive om. Lidt træls der ikke er lidt shampoo/sæbe og balsam til rådighed som på andre hoteller. Udskiftning af håndklæder blev kun gjort en gang.
