Lovely clean hotel and room, great view! The restaurant staff in the evenings and reception staff made me feel so welcome travelling alone. Food was good, lots of choices!

Great hotel located close to a few bus stops (when the bus shows up etc. - but that’s a different story). The beach is about 1’’min walk & you have at least 2 supermarkets next to the hotel / opposite. A few good restaurants around too, if you don’t fancy walking too far - Adikri & Sevan (very warm hospitality). About a 10min walk towards the Old Town, try Ti Mammissou. Clean rooms, hotel needs some TLC. Friendly and helpful staff - they can arrange transfers to the airport as well (€35). Overall, very pleasant stay!

Good location

Perfect location. Close to beach and town/old town. Unfortunately their was a power outage the last night we stayed there and the ac was out making it impossible to sleep in the heat wave. However the staff did their best and provided a good wine and even was able to put out some breakfast.

I am very pleased with the sets. But something unpleasant happened. At 4:00 AM people with suitcases came into our room. In my opinion, this is not normal.

The room was ok, maids weren’t very thorough, breakfast for me wasn’t very suitable, as cereal choices very limited, also fresh prepared fruit, only red water melon the other friends came out a tin, no fresh orange juice, all juices were water based. Cooked breakfast does not interest me.

We stayed at Arte for 3 nights during our short first trip to Rhodes. The location is amazing. We had a beach view and it was nice. The staff are all very friendly and accomodating. We had a late check in, they gave us a late check out (1 hour extension), and we stored our bags after check out since our flight wasn't until 8pm. As far as the rooms, I would not recommend staying here and I probably would not stay again. For the price you pay, the rooms are run down and dirty. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom has dirty grout and caulking is falling apart and paint is chipping and pealing. Even the door to the room feels hollow or very light, and you can hear noise easily through them. That gives you a feeling that your room is not very secure. Lastly, the sheets and towels all smell very strongly of bleach which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Comfortable beds and reasonable sized room with all standard facilities. The split mattress (two single beds pushed together) was less than ideal for us as a couple and a proper blanket would have been useful as it was a bit cool overnight. The room cleaning could have been better, dust and hair left on the floor. Overall though, the cleanliness of the hotel appeared to be good. For us, the location was very good, close to the beach, close to public transport yet not on a busy road. A short 15min walk to a wide variety of dining choices. We were happy with our stay
