The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple "issues" in the room, but the staff quickly took care of them. Great location within walking distance to most of the Minocqua shops, trails, beaches, etc. Wouldn't hesitate a return visit.

Room was dated but very clean and comfortable. Location of the facility is excellent and easy access to all downtown areas. As well, easy access to and from the facility. Staff are wonderful and every interaction was professional and respectful. Breakfast was so-so but I was full afterwards. I will stay there again.

The location is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were excellent! Our room was basic. Pretty decent. There were small ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom could definitely use an update. It was very small. When I signed up for the room on Expedia, I paid for a two queen bed suite. But the room was very small, and only had two queen beds (no suite). There was no fruit available at breakfast. We would have enjoyed that a little bit more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place, great location, great value

We had a great time here! Decent hot breakfast, though it’s the same daily so it gets a little boring for a longer stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, we would and likely will stay here again!
