Nice atmosphere

The surroundings had a really nice atmosphere. The cabin was large but used a lot and could need to be freshened up and it was freezing cold. The food wasn’t too good

Definitely Recomended

We are on a road trip across the central europe and we have been stay at many hotels. This hotel is one of the great ones. Pet friendly clean and comfortable. Rooms are wide and nicely decorated. Espacially staff is well professionals with friendly. Dining and brakfast was good. Definitely a come back point for us. Special thanks to the front desk agent who has a mohawky haircut sorry mate i forgot your name. I am also a hotel owner and that guy should be front desk manager. He explain everything plain an simple. He is well equiped employee. Kudos my friend.

Pittoresk der Blick auf das Hafendorf, schöner spazierten dem See entlang nach Rheinsberg rein. Das Resort ist etwas unpersönlich, aber komfortabel.

Pool und Sauna mit im Preis, sehr schön und fast den ganzen Tag nutzbar! Der Club im Keller war sehr schön und nicht weit vom Bett entfernt. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zu erkennen an einigen Kratzern durch Möbelrücken an den Wänden. Jedoch war das nicht weiter schlimm. Lediglich die Dusche war auffällig, da eine Fuge bereits leicht Schimmel ansetzte, was finde ich gar nicht so geht! Ansonsten war es aber noch gut in Schuss. Mit Rheinsberg in der Nähe, bieten sich einige zusätzliche Möglichkeiten etwas leckeres zu essen zu bekommen und ein paar Souvenirs zu besorgen. Wir kommen trotz der kleinen Dinge gerne wieder.

Schöne Anlage, hervorragendes Frühstück, Rezeption gut vorbereitet, dadurch schnell und unkompliziert. Beim Zimmer reinigen ist noch einige Luft nach oben.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich spitze. Die Zimmer waren genau wie auf den Bildern, als Buffet war abwechslungsreich, frisch, lecker und reichlich. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich ist großzügig und sehr schön ausgestattet. Das einzige was man verbessern kann, es sollte Wasser für die Sauna noch zusätzlich an der Rezeption zum Spa stehen und nicht nur in der Lobby. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und möchten uns herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken! Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer einwandfreien Sauberkeit – alles war stets ordentlich und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das uns zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Auch das Essen war ein Highlight: Die Gerichte waren abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. War alles soweit in Ordnung. Der Speisesaal könnte mal ein neues Ambiente gebrauchen, hat Kantinencharkter. Evtl. mal einige Raumteiler aufstellen oder so. Vor allen Dingen wenn man einen Tisch zum 70sten Geburtstag seiner Frau bestellt, dann will man nämlich nicht mittendrin sitzen. Im Poolbereich wäre ein kleiner Service wünschbar.

Ein nettes Hotel, dass leider unsere Erwartungen von über 2000qm Wellnessbereich nicht erfüllt hat. Das Schwimmbad war völlig ok, leider für die Größe des Hotels viel zu wenig Liegen. Alle 2 Minuten kamen Gäste in das Bad, wurden enttäuscht da kein Platz mehr war und mussten so das Schwimmbad wieder verlassen. Der Saunabereich war leider eine komplette Katastrophe. 1 Sauna ( ca 5x5 m) und 1 Dampfbad sind mehr als zu wenig für so ein großes Haus. Ca 15 Liegen dienten als „Ruheraum“ im kompletten, viel zu kleinen Bereich. Selbst vor der Tür zur Sauna, wo man sich entkleidet um in die Sauna zu gehen, standen 3 Liegen. Sehr unpassend. So hatten wir leider über 2 Tage keine Chance diesen Bereich zu nutzen. Der Wellnessbereich sollte der Grund für unseren Besuch sein. Das Restaurant war leider sehr kühl und ungemütlich. Es ähnelte mehr einem großen Konferenzraum. Griechische Musik, die viel zu laut über die Deckenlautsprecher tönten, ärgerten sehr viele Gäste. Das Essen war ausreichend aber nicht gut. Es wurde durch die vielen freundlichen Mitarbeiter stets aufgefüllt, das machte aber die Qualität nicht besser. Wir hatten ein wundervolles Zimmer und das Personal war stets und ständig sehr freundlich. Leider werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Soweit in Ordnung, nur leider zu viele Hunde in der Unterkunft. Habe ich vorher nicht gewusst, sonst hätte ich mich nicht dafür entschieden. Bestätigt wurde ich aufgrund dessen, dass ich sehen konnte , wie einige Vierbeinbesitzer ihre Tiere auf die Betten gelassen haben. Das finde ich unmöglich! Außerdem gab es nur einen funktionalen Aufzug der zudem für so ein großes Gebäude viel zu klein ausgelegt ist.

Fint men dålig service

Chefen i receptionen skäller på en anställd och incheckningen tar otroligt lång tid! Senare på kvällen så fortsätter det på samma sätt och samma anställd får hård kritik när gästerna hör. På en av restaurangerna på området får vi vänta i över 15 min innan någon kommer till vårt bord. Bordet är smuligt men utan åtgärd. Spindlar + nät på rummet Fint ställe men opersonligt och svag service.

Manglende opredning

Opholdet var fint og virkelig gode og flotte omgivelser. Vi oplevede dog desværre, at værelset ikke var klargjort til en familie på 4, men kun til to, så vi måtte vente over en time på opredning af to senge, som nærmest ikke kunne være på værelset. Hermed virkede den ‘gode pris’ for god til at være sand, da vi var 4 mennesker stoppet ind på et to-mandsværelse. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og poolen fungerede fint!
