We stayed one evening at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff did their best to accommodate our lack of Spanish but with Google Translate we did fine. Had the BEST dinner at the food truck on the corner of the square. The grocery and money exchange next door was convenient as well. Wish the tub would of been working on the rooftop terrace.

When I arrived the reception was lovely but once made the payment I was told there is no pool no internet in the hotel room the hotel is fully under renovation and when I asked for a refund they declined and said no money back/ I wasted 660 pounds as I didn’t end up staying there in the end

Mi peor experiencia en Reynosa. En nuestro primer dia se fue la luz completamente del hotel y nunca recuperó el aire acondicionado durante los dos dias que quedemos ahí. Ni nos ofrecieron algun tipo de reembolso.

No me respetaron el precio convenido al efectuar la reservación por este medio …pagué más de lo convenido, debido a que la habitación “supuestamente reservada” la ocupó otro cliente , y por ello me ofrecieron la única disponible pero con otro precio más alto, y hasta llegaron a ofrecerme otra muchos más alta en precio…supuestamente el hotel está remodelado, pero al menos la habitación que ocupe , el baño era con tina y allí mismo la regadera, y el asiento y tanque de agua para necesidades fisiológicas, muy sencilla, y el agua dentro del asiento estaba muy alta de lo normal …
