Did leaved my requirements through system while I did made reservation. But, none of things are not obeyed when I did checked in. I Did requested...High floor, Westside view window...But, hotel gave me room(room # 411)...Low floor(4th floor...This hotel has 10 floor with same style room configuration) & Eastside view window.And furthermore, I did brough used towel to reception on day2 for towel change request. And Staff said to me will send someone who will bring towels and other...But, Staff never come to my room, even 1 and half hour from that moment. So, I had to going back to reception desk and asked about towel change...And got towels and other through their maid...But, One of maid ask extra money for...So, I had to come down to reception desk again, to get proper solution for that happen....Anyway...Honeystly, except price table and location...Don't wanna recommend this hotel to other people.
