This hotel offered clean rooms in a location close to downtown. It was next to the Reykjavík regional airport. The outside of the building is unattractive, but inside is very nice. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Staff were all friendly and attentive. They have a bar/restaurant called SATT. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very expensive for their quality. The hotel location is also not very convenient for somebody who wants to explore the city. Especially in winter, you have to walk to downtown on icy and snowy paths.

Room had a left over crotch towel from the previous guest hanging up on the shower curtain rail. We carefully removed it and placed it in the hallway, and it was promptly picked up by the time we left the room 30 minutes later. Other than that the hotel and staff was great.

Solo traveller - Warm welcome. Everywhere clean. Very comfortable room. Lovely staff. Excellent choices for breakfast and dinner, good quality food. Prices are high but that is the same wherever you go in Iceland. Lovely spa and pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel. One thing I would point out, you must book a seat on the return bus to the bus station/airport. Don’t, like me, assume the bus will just turn up. If you don’t book it with reception it won’t come. The hotel is adjacent to a small private airport. I didn’t experience any disturbance from it.

We had a great stay at Hotel Natura. The room is spacious compare with others in Europe. Very clean, comfortable bed and great in overall. The staffs were very nice, helpful, and willing to assist you, when needed. The hotel is 5 minute drive and 15’ walk to the main tour buses terminal. We didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant so we could comment on this but every time e passing by, the food smell so good and wish that we could eat there.
