Overall we had a nice stay here. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. The room could use a little love as there are marks on the wall and is a bit dated . The spa and free parking are an added bonus as well as the convenient location.

This hotel offered clean rooms in a location close to downtown. It was next to the Reykjavík regional airport. The outside of the building is unattractive, but inside is very nice. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Staff were all friendly and attentive. They have a bar/restaurant called SATT. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very expensive for their quality. The hotel location is also not very convenient for somebody who wants to explore the city. Especially in winter, you have to walk to downtown on icy and snowy paths.
