Clean, modern hotel with comfortable beds. We arrived too early to check-in due to the timing of our flight, but the receptionist, Natalia, offered to store our luggage and suggested a few restaurants nearby. She gladly arranged our taxi pick-up to the cruise terminal for the following day. Breakfast was included in our booking, and offered a great selection of hot and cold items (eggs, cold meats and cheese, yogurt, cereal etc). The location is about a 30 minute walk to the main downtown area, but we took taxis to the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit because of mobility issues.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was very good it was buffet style with lots of choices , beyond what I had expected. Staff is very helpful. We were traveling with kids and it was a great choice to stay with them. We also booked a few excursions with tourdesk. Everything worked out well

Good place to stay. Very friendly staff. Not the greatest breakfast. It’s all pork. They need to cater to people who pays the same money as everyone else but doesn’t eat pork. Chicken, beef and lamb are other good options to have on the menu. We ate almost the same thing everyday. Bread and eggs. One day they had tuna. Other than that, all of the meat option is pork :(

Our family of 4 stayed here for one night. Everything was as described: room had two queen beds, bathroom, couch and a desk. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. While it's slightly outside of downtown Reykjavik, it's an easy walk or even easier drive. Highly recommend.
