Hotel was clean and the room was well sized for a family of four. The hotel is not far from city center, about a 30 minute walk. The area is well served by buses and I would recommend getting a City Pass for buses and museums. The front desk staff lacks some customer service prowess - told us we needed to pay for breakfast that we had already paid for and told us to use Google when we were asking for tips on transportation.

The room was acceptable but no ventilation, little air from the window, no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Asked for fan and staff was helpful in getting one the second night- this at least moved the air some- still too hot. Air conditioning in hallway second day but no help for room. Did not use the spa or workout area. Restaurant closed earlier than Google or listed in hotel. Staff was helpful.

Loved this hotel. Located just a short drive (or Uber) outside of the city, it's a nice, clean, fairly modern space. Staff could not have been nicer or friendlier, breakfast - which was included for us - was great and plenty. Parking is key, and convenient for us to get out to sightsee and explore the city, but also for a quick getaway to the airport early in the morning. Spa amenities are lovely, and overall the stay was excellent. We didn't eat at Hekla, but right downstairs and has good ratings. Food looked good as we were going by, and customers seemed to be enjoying it.
