One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff were nice, the spa is gorgeous and the hotel cat, Mango, is really friendly. The assistant hotel manager went above and beyond to give us a partial refund because we accidentally booked an extra room. Would highly recommend staying here or any of their chains if you're in Reijkavik.
