This hotel was wonderful! Staff were welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about tourist attractions in the area, which we did end up visiting several of. The Natural History Museum is a must. Our room included spa access which was a plus and worth a visit even if it’s not included with your room. We had a baby in our group, and it was not an issue for this hotel. Walls are well sound proofed.

It is in a great location with many places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is really good too. When you check in you're given the option of daily, every other day and no cleaning of the room which is really nice. The room I had was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside is Iceland is built for heat conservation so there's no air con nor can you open the windows in a meaningful way.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff were nice, the spa is gorgeous and the hotel cat, Mango, is really friendly. The assistant hotel manager went above and beyond to give us a partial refund because we accidentally booked an extra room. Would highly recommend staying here or any of their chains if you're in Reijkavik.
