We were n the 12th floor and had a terrific view of the city center and harbor. Our only complaint would be that room service ends when the kitchen closes at 10pm. One night we returned from Gulfoss waterfall at 11pm and went to sleep hungry. But the breakfast is terrific.

This was a very nice upscale hotel. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Wifi was great. Several restaurants and a bar on property. There is paid covered parking or free uncovered parking. We loved being able to pick up snacks in the lobby for our next adventure. Great stay! The sculpture and waterfront walk isn't too far away.

Lovely modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a good size with lots of storage and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The only downside for us was the distance to the centre of Reykjavík, but not a major problem at all.
