Really nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was acceptable and so was the bar. Dinner at the Brassiere the first night was fantastic, mediocre the next night. I would book this hotel again.

It was a lovely spot, a bit far from the downtown area but the breakfast and room were lovely. The bath in the shower didn’t work as expected, but we also didn’t call down so keep that in mind.

The staff was very accommodating when I wanted to check in early. My room was ready very quickly and I got upgraded to a tower view room. The building is beautiful, staff is helpful, and the hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of town. My only thing I would warn others about is that there’s currently construction being done, so you’ll hear noises from the construction crew, but it didn’t bother me as I was gone most of the day anyways. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Reykjavík!

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on the property. They took care to ensure ny dietary needs were accommodated (several food allergies). The room was clean, 2 comfortable twin beds. Staff was helpful and stored our luggage after check out while we shopped prior to our late afternoon flight.

Very modern looking place. However, the location was inconvenient without a car to get downtown. Therefore I missed seeing some of the sights. The breakfast was included and there was lots of selection. However, the food was always cold! Next time I would stay downtown within walking distance of the sights.
