Although we arrived at 12 noon, we didn’t get our room until right at check in time of 3pm, I asked the reception to ask if they would check to see if it was cleaned yet and just kept getting the canned answer “check in time is at 3pm”. I would recommend this hotel, especially before a cruise. Two blocks from main shops and restaurants and coffee shops. Stay was friendly and accommodating for our needs.
