Good location for coming and going. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. All day coffee and tea is nice. Lots of recreation room to sit and socialize outside of your room. Very nice hotel a few miles from the city center. Room was very nice, modern flair, spacious, with a nice full-size bath. Free breakfast buffet was nice as well was the seating. They had a very nice lady there to help keep the area neat and clean, she was sweet. Check in was smooth as glass, the counter person was very professional and efficient. She was there during the day, I do not have her name, but she was great. (younger blonde so give her a raise)!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean throughout — both the rooms and common areas were consistently well kept and comfortable. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and we even had the chance to meet the very kind and lovely lady who was running the kitchen. You can tell the staff genuinely care about creating a good experience for guests. The location ended up being a huge plus as well. Only about a 7–8 minute drive from downtown Reykjavík, but without the stress of staying directly in the city center. There was plenty of parking available both onsite and nearby, which gave us a lot of peace of mind compared to some of the downtown parking situations we encountered in Reykjavík. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent hotel located in downtown Reykjavik. The breakfast and parking are included. For a hotel breakfast, it was really good. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and we were provided with proper number of towels and a resourceful book in our room with information for the hotel and surroundings. For a more budget friendly hotel, it was excellent. The door/lock did bother us slightly as it didn’t seem to close flush but there is a security key to actually enter the building after reception closes so that helped us feel safer. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the capital and be in close proximity to everything.
