Great location within a short walk to the downtown shops. Also, there is a great outdoor heated spa/hot tub. The in-house restaurant was also excellent plus you get 15% off meals.

Amazing and helpful staff, an exceptionally clean and pristine hotel, and a great location! It’s close to several bus stops and within walking distance of downtown, making it very convenient for exploring the city. There’s also a 24/7 convenience store just a two-minute walk away. The spa was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and I especially loved the outdoor spa. One of my favourite little touches was the bell outside to ring when ordering drinks😊 Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The property is in a welded safe neighborhood on the edge of the main shopping street. Bus stop number 13 is right next to it. This is important if you are going on tourist related activities requiring a pick up. The staff was very polite and spoke perfect English. The breakfast was very good. Our room was large by European standards and the bathroom was likewise very large. Everything in the room worked well. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel

I liked the layout of the hotel room, the bathroom, etc. At first it was not the usual traditional setup however it proved to be quite functional and convenient. My husband & I also loved the location. We recommend this hotel which is near to almost everything in Reykjavik.
