Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so great. Walking distance to every where within 15 minutes. Bus stop 4 is just in 3-5 minutes walking distance. It’s convenient to take the Flybus pickup/drop off and the local tour vehicle. Restaurants/ Bakery stores are around. Lots of choices. The Deluxe Suite is fantastic, super huge, clean and quiet. Washing machine and dry machine are the plus. Highly recommended it!

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Great location — within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Reykjavik. Convenient underground parking was available for an additional fee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and they resolved it very quickly. I would highly recommend Black Pearl to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped apartment in downtown Reykjavik.

This was a very nice, clean and modern place with a lot of space. It was nice to be able to relax on a couch, in a chair or out on the patio with my cup of tea. I loved ALL the amenities—electric water kettle, coffee maker with frother, dishes, condiments, stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, heated bathroom floors and a magnifying mirror, etc. I could go on and on but they thought of everything and the staff could not have been nicer and helpful. It was also nice that I could walk everywhere from my place —the harbor to go whale watching, downtown for a famous hotdog and shopping, restaurants and close to everything else as well. It was a perfect way to end my 2 week trip around the island and relax for 3 full nights and 4 days. Thank you much!!

This was a last minute booking to keep us save from travelling in a storm back to our rented house and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the apartment was. The receptionist were fabulous and really made us feel comfortable, including finding travel toothbrushes for all of us since we had not planned to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the needed utensils and an expansive mini bar... in fact, we were sad that we did not book this place for longer as part of our trip. We were very impressed with our interaction with staff even before we arrived. They were able to book our round trip transporation from the airport and stored our luggage upon arrival early in the morning.
