The staff was very helpful. We came in around 10pm and they got us into our room quickly. We left early the next morning but it was a super easy checkout process and the room was spacious and clean. This was my second time staying here and the pool/hot tub were great last time as well as a decent breakfast. Definitely a convenient location if you are wanting to get back on the road easily 👍

My second time staying here. Room was clean, check in was easy, breakfast was mediocre. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I was also disappointed that I left a high end brand new face wash in the shower and when my sister who was staying at the same property asked the next morning if it was in lost and found was told it was never turned in. Disappointed in cleaning staff. Will not use again when back in Rexburg.

The room was clean and spacious. Property was quiet. We were able to bring our dog which was nice. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never came into our room. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels and trash bags every day. Breakfast was fine.

The breakfast was not the best by any means. The eggs and sausage were not good, but the “make your own” waffles were good. No elevator and I am disabled but we do not like to stay on the first floor of any hotel but did not know this fact when making reservations. The daytime check-in staff was not very polite but the night shift was great.
