The hotel and scenario are breathtaking. The staff (from front desk staff to servers, cooks, bartenders, etc.) were amazing with their customer service, congeniality, and attentiveness. I was here for a family event and was able to fully enjoy myself. My massage experience was great as well. The food was well prepared with tasty options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, especially after you've just ridden 100 miles through the Dolomites. Their restaurant is in a separate wooden constructed building close to the pool. Great atmosphere in side. The serving staff were a little stressed, but very helpful. The food, full priced, was superb. Portions adequate but not large. If you're hungry you'd enjoy 4 courses. All 11 in the group really enjoyed their meal.

A very nice place to stay in the prosecco hills

Comfortable rooms and great breakfasts with anything you might want from fruit and yoghurt, prosciutto, cheese and cured salmon to eggs and bacon and a wide range of cakes plus excellent cappuccino and fresh orange juice. The pool is a good size and snacks, coffee and gelato are served at Very reasonable prices all day. It is not quiet as it is open to non residents and a very popular spot for locals and visitors to the area to meet up. The restaurant is a bit of a disappointment with very limited choices especially for anyone staying more than one night. The beef (tartare or steaks) and desserts are great but there really is very little else. It's a far cry from when we first visited some 25 years ago and were knocked out by the range of food on offer...

La struttura ha un corpo principale ed una parte a sé stante, oltre ad una casetta singola situata nel giardino ha una pergola riservata. Parcheggio ampio sia coperto che scoperto. Piscina attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni a poca distanza c'è il ristorante, sempre facente parte della struttura. Colazione variegata, tutto molto buono e fresco. Due sono le situazioni che non mi sono proprio piaciute (anche se per questa eravamo stati avvisati), il giorno dell'arrivo l'uso della piscina era fino alle 16 (matrimonio) peccato che l'organizzazione è iniziata ben prima e tra gente che girava, sbatteva cose era impossibile rilassarci. La seconda che proprio la ritengo una mancanza di rispetto, check-out Expedia h.11, carichiamo i bagagli verso le 9.20, solitamente faccio un controllo prima di consegnare la chiave, siccome era presto avrei voluto farmi una doccia ma ahimè quando ritorno in stanza ore 9.35 le addette alle pulizie avevano gia preso possesso e rifatto il letto, ci son rimasta molto male, l'ho fatto notare alle signore, le ho avvisate che ho ancora la chiave in mano e mi serve il bagno, si scusano alla meno peggio ma finché sono in bagno entrano come se nulla fosse! La prossima volta libererò la stanza 5 minuti prima dell'orario previsto. Non si fa cosi, mi spiace ma non son contenta.

Su invito della struttura, lascio una recensione sincera e costruttiva, priva di polemiche e mirata a offrire spunti di miglioramento. I punti di forza: La location è oggettivamente splendida, immersa in aree verdi curatissime. Ottimo anche il ristorante (cena a base di carne di buon livello) e squisito il personale di sala. Le note dolenti: La camera standard assegnata avrebbe bisogno di uno svecchiamento totale; arredi e bagno rimandano purtroppo agli anni '80 e abbassano il livello della struttura. Disorganizzazione anche sul fronte servizi: la piscina era già inagibile alle 15:00 del venerdì per un evento privato, nonostante la mail di preavviso indicasse il blocco dalle 18:00. Per ovviare al disservizio, ci è stata offerta un'ora di SPA gratuita (che inizialmente ci era stata presentata come servizio a pagamento, dettaglio non specificato sul portale di prenotazione). Infine, al check-out abbiamo trovato l'addebito errato di aperitivi mai consumati, fortunatamente stornato grazie alla grande professionalità di una cameriera. In sintesi: una bellissima struttura che necessita però di una collaudata revisione gestionale e dello svecchiamento di alcune camere.
