I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter).

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet mit Fitnessbereich, Sauna, Schwimmbad und einer Gaming Area für Kinder tolle Möglichkeiten für die ganze Familie. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Besonders praktisch ist die sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sowie die schnelle Anbindung an die Fernpassstraße. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und klare Empfehlung, auch wenn es Kleinigkeiten gäbe die den ein oder anderen stören, die aber nicht nennenswert sind.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war im Vergleich zum Frühstück sehr schlecht. Bauchschmerzen, Krämpfe und Durchfall bei mehreren Gästen. Die kommende Abendmahlzeit war ein trockenes Brötchen mit Ketchup, da es auf Nachfrage keinen Aufschnitt gab.

Massive Verschlechterung und keinerlei Reaktion auf Beschwerden Nach einem Aufenthalt im Vorjahr haben wir uns entschieden, dieses Hotel erneut zu buchen. Rückblickend war das ein Fehler. Bereits im letzten Jahr mussten wir wegen Haaren auf dem Stockbett eine Nachreinigung verlangen. Derselbe Mangel trat auch diesmal wieder auf. Darüber hinaus machte das Zimmer insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Betten lieblos gemacht, auf der Ablage noch Krümel, die Dusche wirkte verschmutzt und die Trinkbecher an der Minibar waren benutzt und nicht ausgetauscht worden. Auch der Freizeitbereich war enttäuschend. Tischtennisplatten ohne Netz, beschädigte Kickertische und Billardqueues vermittelten den Eindruck mangelnder Wartung. Der gesamte Bereich wirkte schmutzig und ungepflegt. Das Frühstück bestätigte unseren negativen Eindruck. Gegen 9:00 Uhr (Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr) waren keine Brötchen mehr vorhanden und laut Personal werden auch keine nachgelegt. Das Rührei war angetrocknet, die warmen Speisen unappetitlich und das Angebot deutlich kleiner als bei unserem früheren Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Mängeln haben wir unseren Aufenthalt nach nur einer Nacht vorzeitig beendet. Besonders enttäuschend ist jedoch, dass weder auf unsere schriftliche Beschwerde noch auf die über Expedia eingereichte Reklamation eine Rückmeldung erfolgte. Eine Erstattung der zweiten Nacht wurde nicht angeboten. Für uns definitiv der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Schönes Hotel, leider viel zu wenig Personal, ständig fehlte etwas wie Löffel / Messer und man sprach zum Teil nur Englisch. Das Personal, das man antraf war sehr gestresst aber sie haben einen guten Job gemacht und taten uns leid. Das Haus an sich hat eine tolle Lage, Zimmer auch sehr schön und insgesamt ein besonders Hotel mit, besonders Familien dürfen das Hotel sehr mögen wg der Kletterwand und der Möglichkeiten sich auszupowern.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. In unserem Zimmer war eine Leuchte defekt. Die Lese-Leuchten am Bett sind in die Jahre gekommen, der Feststellmechanismus hat nicht mehr funktioniert. Keine Klima-Anlage im Zimmer, durch die großen Fensterscheiben heizte sich das Zimmer extremst schnell auf (bei 25 Grad Außentemperatur hatten wir 28 Grad im Zimmer). Mit offenem Fenster nachts zu schlafen war aufgrund von Straßenlärm möglich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Frühstück nur in Ordnung, es gab keine heiße Schokolade. Parken kostet 15€ pro Tag, absolut übertrieben. Die Zimmer sind seltsam geschnitten, man kann vom Gang total in den Vorraum reinschauen. Auch sehr hellhörig, keine Klima, man muss mit offenem Fenster schlafen im sommer. Ich hatte mich sogar an der Duschhalterung verletzt. Wirklich nicht schön aufrechterhaltet. Überall steht “stay fancy”, “fancy” etc, dieses Hotel ist unfassbar weit von fancy entfernt.
