Wonderful property and staff, but loud location

We loved the property itself. Wonderful breakfast in a very welcoming area with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very attentive staff and great service. The gym is also way above average for a hotel gym. Our biggest issue was the noise. Our room was above the parking lot so we heard both late arrivals and early risers come in and out. It is also on a main route for emergency vehicles, so there were sirens every 10-15 minutes. If we closed the windows, it got much too hot in the room.

Cute boutique hotel. Staff was generally helpful but didn't seem delighted. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the amenities were more than adequate. General parking was quite full the three days I was there and the parking garage was always a challenge to find space in. Not surprisingly, the garage and parking areas were quite cramped so you might have problems if you have a large vehicle. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection to choose from and the custom coffee makers were a real treat. Being from the US, it would have been nice to have even one 110 volt, US plug in the room but they were able to supply one adapter for me to use during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Good business hotel.

This ticks all the boxes for a brief business stay - I arrived late in the evening and left the next morning. A clean, functional room, well lit, with a comfortable bed and a good powerful shower. Breakfast was comprehensive and a good quality. Of particular note was the very fast business WiFi.

Hotel is in a great location to city center, but the condition of the rooms are old and in need of renovation, bath rooms were not clean to 4 Star standard, and the toilet was not cleaned as well. Rated as 4 Stars, not up to 4 Stars.

Smoking is a big let down

As there was a tobacco shop outside the smokers would congrigate outside the entrance of the hotel and the smoke comes into the foyer of the hotel which was really off-putting. Smoking should really be banned from public spaces.

Accueil moyennement chaleureux à l’arrivée, mais très plaisant au départ. La chambre est belle et propre, mais l’oreiller je n’ai pas aimé, ainsi que la pomme de douche qui était pleine de tartre et peu pratique. La salle de sport est grande et spacieuse avec plein de choses à faire, mais il y avait un tapis de course en panne, et l’autre qui est vraiment usé, il est temps de les changer! Le petit déjeuner, vraiment excellent, je suis rarement tombé sur une qualité et un choix aussi large, avec un excellent service.

Gute Lage. An vielbefahrener Strasse. Fenster öffnen in der Nacht zu laut. Hat jedoch eine Klimaanlage. Somit für mich ok. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht gerad riesig, aber ausreichend. Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück funktionierte mehrmals nicht da Wasser immer wieder leer. Preis/Leistung passt. Würd ich wieder buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr kleine Sauna

Falsches Zimmer erhalten, zur B.-Straße statt zum Innenhof. Nach Anfrage dann doch bekommen. Sauna sehr klein und NUR eine Holzliege. Das frühstück und das Zimmer selber war einwandfrei.
