I would 100% rebook this hotel. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and helpful. She makes an amazing breakfast and is so attentive to her guests. It's located in old town rethymno which is amazing. You dive immediately into the prettiest area in Rethymno and if you have any questions the receptionist will always help you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and modern. The housekeeping could use some work because they dont changed the sheets just made the bed, but I'm sure if you asked they would do it in an instant. We never used the hot-tub because it was too hot out for us but it looked clean and well maintained.

Amazing Experience, the room was beautiful and perfectly cleaned, the lady at the reception was lovely and helped us book the perfect restaurants for the night, the location was amazing and that terrace made everything even better. If I ever go back to Crete I’ll surely stay here again!

La communication a été parfaite avant notre arrivée et afin de nous permettre de laisser nos bagages avant le Check-in. Ensuite, nous avons été très bien accueillis par une dame parlant bien l’anglais. Tout s’est bien déroulé. La terrasse au dernier étage est au calme, ensoleillée et le jaccuzi est un plus!
